Yogurt Chocolate Cake
Butter for greasing
Flour for dusting
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 oz. chocolate squares, melted
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease your cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
Add the vanilla yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, white sugar and vanilla extract to a bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed.
Stir in the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the condensed milk, chocolate squares and milk.
Cook while stirring for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture on top of the cake and serve.
