Butter for greasing
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups white sugar
⅓ cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate frosting
