Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh blackberries
• 1 packet stevia or 2 teaspoons Splenda
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 scoops vanilla isolate protein or 4 tablespoons gelatin plus 2
teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup ice cubes
Directions :
1. Put everything in a blender except the ice cubes. Blend for until
