Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. flank steak, sliced against the grain
- 1-1/2 lb. baby yellow potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
