Spicy Green Salad Smoothie

When you could’t consume your salad, drink one! The most important factor of this
smoothie is white cabbage which is excessive in anthocyanins and vitamin K
Cabbage is likewise high in nutrition C, which facilitates detoxify the body and
eliminate pollutants.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh white cabbage
• 1 handful fresh baby kale
• 1 handful fresh parsley
• 1 lemon juice, squeezed into the blender
• 1 medium Roma or Heirloom tomato
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 habanero pepper, remove seeds
• 1/2 Italian cucumber
• 5–6 ice cubes
Optional:
• 1–2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
• Dash of cayenne pepper
Directions :
4. Put everything in a blender besides the ice cubes. Blend for till
easy.
Five. Add within the ice cubes. Blend once more.
6. Pour in a pitcher. Enjoy!

• 1 scoop vanilla isolate protein or 2 tablespoons gelatin plus 1
teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2-4 ice cubes
Directions :
1. Put everything in a blender except the ice cubes. Blend for until
smooth.
2. Add in ice cubes. Blend again.
3. Pour in a glass. Enjoy!
