Spinach Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 large banana, frozen
• 1 avocado
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 pack gelatin or 1 scoop isolate protein
• 1 cup water
• 3 cups ice
Directions :
1. Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
• 1/2 cup half and half
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 scoops vanilla isolate protein
• 1 tablespoons almond butter
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 packet stevia or 2 teaspoons Splenda
• 2-4 ice cubes
Directions :
1. Put everything in a blender except the ice cubes. Blend for until
smooth.
2. Add in ice cubes. Blend again.
3. Pour in a glass. Enjoy!
