Polish Chocolate Cake

Serving Size: 24
Preparation & Cooking Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Butter for greasing
Flour for dusting
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
¾ cup butter
¼ cup shortening
1 ¾ cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
Chocolate frosting
1 banana, sliced

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease your baking pan with butter and dust it with flour.
Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder to a bowl.
Mix well.
Beat together the eggs, white sugar, butter and shortening until fluffy.
Pour in the milk and vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir.
Transfer the cake batter into the baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Apply the frosting on top of the cake and top with the banana slices.
