Flour for dusting
1 ¾ cups cake flour
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons instant coffee
¾ cup hot water
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons rum
