Easy Balsamic Salmon Salad

This Easy Balsamic Salmon Salad is the perfect meal for something a touch light, easy to put together, and full of taste. Perfectly baked salmon is crowned with a delicious dressing and then served atop a salad with the same scrumptious dressing.

INGREDIENTS :
Salmon:
four salmon quantities
half teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Balsamic Dressing:
1/four cup balsamic vinegar
1/four cup more virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic overwhelmed
1 tablespoons dijon mustard
half of teaspoon salt
half of teaspoon black pepper

Salad:
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 medium cucumber diced
1 pint grape tomatoes halved
half small crimson onion sliced
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/four cup crumbled feta cheese

Easy Balsamic Salmon Salad

INSTRUCTIONS :
1.Preheat an oven to 450 stages. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2.Season the salmon portions with salt and pepper and place inside the organized baking dish.

3.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. This combination will serve as each the seasoning at the salmon and the dressing for the salad.

4.Drizzle 1/3rd of the dressing onto the salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes effortlessly with a fork.

5.Meanwhile, toss together the romaine lettuce, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, crimson onion slices, olives, and feta cheese.

6.Serve salad greens crowned with a part of salmon, either complete or chopped, and drizzle with more dressing. Enjoy!
