cake mix, it becomes much easier and quicker to prepare.

Chocolate Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:
3.9 oz. instant chocolate-flavored pudding mix
15.25 oz. chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
¾ cup water
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. chocolate, melted
¼ cup vegetable oil
Frosting
2 cups butter, softened
¾ cup cocoa powder
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
½ cup milk
Topping
½ cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz. chocolate, chopped
1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled
½ cup strawberry syrup
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix, chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, sour cream, melted
chocolate and vegetable oil.
Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on low speed for 30 to 40 seconds.
Beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a cake pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the butter, cocoa powder and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and light.
Gradually add the milk and mix well.
Spread the frosting on all sides of the cake.
Add the heavy whipping cream and chopped chocolate to a pan over medium heat.
Cook while stirring until melted.
Pour the chocolate sauce on top of the cake.
Arrange the hulled strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry syrup
