Ingredients:
Butter for greasing
Flour for dusting
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 oz. chocolate, chopped
½ cup butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup cooked mashed potatoes
⅓ cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease your cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
Combine the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add the chopped chocolate to a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook while stirring until melted.
Turn off heat and set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
