Whole Grain Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
Butter for greasing
1 cup oat flour
½ cup spelt flour
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 cup coconut sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup coconut oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease your cake pan with butter.
Add the coconut sugar, oat flour, cocoa powder, spelt flour, baking soda and salt to a bowl.
Pour in the coconut oil, buttermilk and vanilla extract.
Mix until the batter has been fully mixed.
Pour the cake batter into the cake pan.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Invert the cake onto a wire rack and let cool for 20 minutes.
