1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Paprika, i used smoked paprika for a smoky flavor
1 tsp Garlic powder
half tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Cumin
Salt and black pepper
Chicken thighs with pores and skin

Spiced Up Chicken Recipe

Preheat oven to 210°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top it with aluminum foil. Then, region a cooling rack on top of the organized baking tray. Set apart.
