1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
3 cups baby spinach leaves
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot or skillet, combine linguine pasta, shrimp, salt, pepper, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), spinach leaves, and cherry tomatoes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Remove the pot or skillet from the heat.
