Microwave Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate sauce
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup hot water
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions:
Add the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt to a bowl.
Mix well.
In another bowl, mix the vinegar, vegetable oil, cold water and vanilla extract.
Pour this into the bowl with the flour mixture.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe pan.
Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, hot water and salt.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Stir in the vanilla extract and melted butter.
Pour the chocolate sauce over the cake and serve.
