Ingredients:
• 5 ounces mango, frozen
• 1 cup carrots
• 1-inch tablespoon ginger, pounded
• 4 green tea bags
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
• 4 pack gelatin
• 3 cups water
Directions :
1. In a small saucepan, pour water. Bring water to a boil. Add in
the carrots. Cover. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the carrots
are tender. Add in the ginger during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add in the tea bags.
Cover. Steep for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags, squeezing out all
the tea. Remove the ginger. Place the pan on a hot pad in the
refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer the carrot mixture into a blender. Add in the mango.
Add in the chia or flax seeds.
4. Blend until smooth. Serve.
