Dairy-Free Green Smoothie
Don’t fret, the pineapple and the fruits in this smoothie cut right through the
greens. With the pineapple, this smoothie can help cure coughs, aid weight
loss, strengthen bones, and reduce inflammation, Pineapple is also an
excellent source of manganese and vitamin C.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup raw cucumber, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup romaine lettuce
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 Half avocado (remove pit and scoop flesh out of shell)
• 1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
• 3 teaspoons Splenda
• 4 cups water
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender Blend for until smooth. Enjoy!
