If you’re a fan of the Cheesecake Factory’s Shrimp Scampi Linguine, then you’re in for a treat. This copycat recipe will allow you to recreate the delicious dish right in your own kitchen. With a few simple ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, you’ll be enjoying a restaurant-quality meal in no time.

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Shrimp Scampi LinguineSAVE THIS!

To start off, you’ll need the following ingredients:

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz linguine
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup white wine
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Once you have all your ingredients ready, it’s time to get cooking. Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions and then set it aside. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Next, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through. Once done, remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the white wine and scrape off any browned bits from the bottom. Let the wine cook for a few minutes until it’s reduced by half. Then, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and heavy cream to the skillet. Allow the mixture to simmer and thicken for about 5-7 minutes. Once the sauce has thickened, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss them in the sauce.

Finally, add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

It’s worth noting that if you’re looking to make this dish pescatarian-friendly, you can easily substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth.

With these simple steps, you can enjoy a homemade version of Cheesecake Factory’s Shrimp Scampi Linguine that’s just as tasty as the original. So why not give it a try and treat yourself to a restaurant-worthy meal right at home?
