Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 eggs
1 egg white
½ teaspoon salt
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
⅔ cup brown sugar
¾ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips
Topping
Vanilla frosting
Cherries
Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray your cake pan with oil.
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg white, condensed milk, brown sugar and oil.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
Pour in the water.
Add the chips and stir.
Pour the cake batter into the cake pan.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Apply the frosting on top and sides of the cake.
Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
Arrange the cherries on top.
