– 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 3 teaspoons of paprika
– 1 tablespoon of dried parsley

For the sauce, you’ll need:

– ½ cup of Thai sweet chili sauce
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of lime juice
– ⅛ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
To prepare the dish, start by mixing the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set it aside. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then drain well.
While the pasta is cooking, place the uncooked shrimp in a medium-sized bowl and add the paprika, minced garlic, and black pepper. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the coated uncooked shrimp. Cook the shrimp, stirring constantly, until they turn pink, which should take about 6-8 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.
