Chocolate & Zucchini Cake

recipe is and for sure, they won’t be able to guess what it is!
Chocolate & Zucchini Cake

Preparation & Cooking Time: 1 hour and 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Butter for greasing
1 teaspoon baking powder
Flour for dusting
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 cups white sugar
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
¾ cup walnuts, chopped
3 cups zucchini, grated
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease your baking pan with butter and dust it with flour.
Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, white sugar, ground cinnamon
and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in the oil and eggs.
Fold in the walnuts and zucchini.
Pour the cake batter into the baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
