  • 8 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4-oz) can diced green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken with 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Roll portions of the chicken mixture into each tortilla and place them seam-side down in the baking pan.
