Description

This Tasty Watermelon Margarita may just go down as the best margarita you have all summer! Bursting with flavor, it comes together in no time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • Salt/sugar to rim glass (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut a watermelon into chunks or slices.
  • Place one cup of watermelon flesh (without the skin) into a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
  • Rim a glass with salt or sugar if desired.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 1/2 cup watermelon juice (from blender), tequila, and triple sec.
  • Shake several times and strain into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a watermelon wedge or lime wedge if desired!
