  • 14 oz marshmallow creme

  2. In one bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Then add egg, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and boiling water; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the graham cracker mixture into the batter.
  5. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. For frosting, beat softened butter until creamy; add marshmallow creme and mix until fluffy. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar until smooth.
