  • 1 (30-32 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add hash browns to the skillet and cook until lightly browned; transfer to the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Layer cooked sausage over hash browns and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate or bake immediately for 35–40 minutes until set.
