  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 16 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 ounces Colby jack cheese (slices)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, then drain.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until set.
  4. Whisk together melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl for the glaze.
  5. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Layer scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on each bottom half. Place tops back on and brush with syrup glaze.
  6. Bake sliders in a baking dish for 18-22 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
