  • 1 cup raspberry frosting

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients while alternating with buttermilk until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter and place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each. Top with fresh raspberries and cover with more batter.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
