  • 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and a third with crushed pretzels.
