  • 20 Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Free (thawed)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish by lining it with foil and spraying with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
  3. Create a base layer with 8 Oatmeal Creme Pies in the dish. Cut additional pies as needed to fill gaps. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup and coffee over them, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining pies, coffee, chocolate syrup, and finish with the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Dust cocoa powder on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
