This creamy, flavorful chicken is tender and juicy, covered in a delicious parmesan-mayo mixture that bakes to perfection. It’s easy to make and truly lives up to its name!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.

3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread mixture evenly over the top.

4. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and top is golden and slightly crispy.

5. Let rest a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: Add breadcrumbs on top for crunch.

Can be made with chicken thighs (adjust cook time).

Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
