  • 115 g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 g white chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
