Instructions
1. Prepare the Cheese Spread:
- In a small bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, chives, lemon juice, and ground black pepper.
- Stir until well combined and smooth.
2. Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread half of the cheese mixture evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
