Description

Delicious garlic pizza crust breadsticks brushed with buttery garlic and layered with gooey cheese. Baked to golden, melty perfection—perfect for dipping in spaghetti sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves (optional)
  • Spaghetti sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.

2. Roll out the pizza crust onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Mix melted butter and crushed garlic, then brush it evenly over the crust.

4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

5. Optionally, sprinkle dried oregano over the cheese.

6. Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice into 16 equal rectangles before baking.

7. Bake for 12 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.

8. Remove from oven and slice again along the same cuts.

9. Serve warm with spaghetti sauce for dipping.


Notes

Try different cheeses like Colby Jack, Pepper Jack, or Provolone for variety.

Spray parchment with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

To freeze, wrap in parchment and store in a Ziploc bag for up to 2 months.
