Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 ½ to 2 lbs. Steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, diced
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat. Sear the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

- Combine and Serve: Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Best cuts of steak: Ribeye, Tri-Tip, New York Strip, Sirloin, or Filet Mignon.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently in a skillet to avoid overcooking.
