Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are the perfect combination of juicy, tender steak pieces and rich, flavorful garlic butter sauce. Ready in less than 10 minutes, they make for a versatile protein option that pairs well with almost any side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ to 2 lbs. Steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat. Sear the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds, stirring frequently.
  4. Combine and Serve: Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Best cuts of steak: Ribeye, Tri-Tip, New York Strip, Sirloin, or Filet Mignon.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
