  • 2 teaspoons (10g) salt
  • 1 3/4 cups (415ml) warm water
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

  2. Add flour and salt; mix until sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down dough, transfer to an oiled baking sheet, and stretch into a rectangle about 1 inch thick.
  6. Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and press rosemary into the surface.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly before slicing.
