4 croissants, sliced in half
6 eggs, scrambled
20 slices honey ham
4 slices American cheese
Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook eggs to your preferred doneness and set aside.
2. Slice croissants in half and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, melt butter and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in mustard.
4. Brush the sauce on one side of each croissant.
5. Layer 4–5 slices of ham on the bottom half of each croissant, then add a slice of cheese and 1/4 of the scrambled eggs.
6. Place the top half of the croissant on and wrap each sandwich in foil.
7. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.
