Cinnamon Roll Casserole is the perfect breakfast to wake up to on Christmas morning! Made with delicious cinnamon roll pieces soaked in a warming syrup with vanilla and cinnamon, they’re topped with frosting for a deliciously decadent breakfast perfect for the whole family.

- 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls each — 351g or 12 oz)
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour in melted butter or place butter stick in the dish and melt in the oven.
Remove cinnamon rolls from the package, reserving frosting for later.
Cut cinnamon rolls into ¾” pieces and place in the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Bake the casserole for 25–35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then drizzle reserved frosting over the top before serving.
Notes
Cinnamon Rolls: Any refrigerated, unbaked cinnamon rolls work—store brand or name brand like Pillsbury.
Milk: Any type, including non-dairy or cream for richer flavor.
Maple Syrup: Can substitute with honey or brown sugar.
Storage:
