  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
