  • 10-12 slices Deli Meat (ham, turkey breast)
  • 3-4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream or Milk
  • 8-10 slices Swiss Cheese
  • Honey Butter Mixture (1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup honey)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into thirds and arrange in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Soak croissant pieces in the egg mixture and layer in the dish with deli meat and cheese.
