This Creamy Tuscan Ravioli is a quick and easy dinner recipe ready in just 30 minutes. Tender cheese ravioli are coated in a luscious sun-dried tomato cream sauce with spinach and parmesan for a comforting, flavorful dish your family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (25 oz) package cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (washed and chopped)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)

Instructions

1. Cook the ravioli according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

3. Whisk in heavy cream, then add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Let sauce start to bubble.

4. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until fully melted.

5. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach wilts.

6. Add ravioli and toss gently to coat in the sauce.

7. Garnish with extra parmesan and serve hot.

Notes

• You can substitute cheese ravioli with spinach ravioli or chicken-filled ravioli.

• Add grilled chicken or shrimp for added protein.

• Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.

• Leftovers keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
