  • 1 Tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp oil (vegetable, canola or avocado)
  • 2 Tbsp ghee (or butter)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 14 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or full fat coconut milk)
  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek (or crushed kasoori methi)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic and adding spices, followed by tomato sauce and cream.
