  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Avocado, sliced
  • 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Extra lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix well.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage with Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro.
