Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients:

    • Cook the chicken breast and slice or shred it.

    • Slice the avocado and remove the pit.

    • Dice the tomatoes and shred the lettuce if needed.

    • Place flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate.

    • Microwave for 10–15 seconds until warm and pliable.

      Warm Tortillas:

  • Assemble Wraps:

    • Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.

    • Add a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by chicken.

    • Add sliced avocado, then sprinkle with diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Season and Dress:

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Drizzle ranch dressing (or preferred dressing) over the top.

  • Wrap Up:

    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla.

    • Starting from the bottom, roll tightly into a wrap, enclosing the filling.

  • Serve:

    • Place seam-side down on a serving plate.

    • Slice in half diagonally if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use grilled, rotisserie, or leftover chicken for convenience.

Try using spinach or whole wheat tortillas for a healthier twist.

Add bacon bits or a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
