Description

This Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a delightful blend of fresh vegetables, turkey bacon, and a tangy honey-mustard dressing. It’s perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

Feel free to add diced grilled chicken for extra protein.
You can substitute turkey bacon with beef bacon or vegetarian bacon if preferred
