  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g egg (about 4 large eggs)
  • 50 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500 g whole milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, melted butter, and milk. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients while whisking until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with melted butter.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden.
  5. Flip carefully using a spatula and cook for another minute until set. Repeat with remaining batter.
