  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 packages ramen noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a medium bowl.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles for 2–3 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned steak strips for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli florets with water to the skillet; cover and steam for about 2 minutes until bright green.
  5. Return the cooked steak and ramen to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together for another minute until heated through.
