  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle remaining olive oil over them; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon in the baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
