Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 strips thick-cut bacon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice each chicken breast into 4 long, thin tenders to make 8 total pieces.
In a medium bowl, toss chicken tenders with brown sugar, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Wrap each tender tightly in a strip of bacon, spiraling it neatly.
Arrange the wrapped tenders in a baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar over the top.
