¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, mix the angel food cake mix and Greek yogurt until fully combined into a thick, sticky batter.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops feel set.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Optional add-ins: Chocolate chips, sprinkles, or dried fruits can be folded into the batter for extra flavor.
