- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, mix the angel food cake mix and Greek yogurt until fully combined into a thick, sticky batter.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops feel set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Optional add-ins: Chocolate chips, sprinkles, or dried fruits can be folded into the batter for extra flavor.
