Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Prepare the hard-boiled eggs by following an Air Fryer Hard Boiled Egg recipe if needed. Peel and set aside.

  • Divide the raw sausage into six evenly sized patties. Flatten each portion and wrap it around an egg, ensuring the egg is completely covered. Repeat with all eggs.

  • Whisk two eggs in a small shallow dish and place breadcrumbs in another bowl.

  • Dip each wrapped egg into the whisked eggs, then coat it in breadcrumbs or panko crumbs.

  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick oil spray or line it with air fryer parchment paper.

  • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.

  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, until the sausage is fully cooked and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For a low-carb coating, substitute pork rinds or parmesan cheese for the breadcrumbs.
